Warranty, Refunds and Returns Policy:

For product purchased directly from Nuleaf’s website, Nuleaf will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) of any item returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of shipment date. To initiate the refund process, please call or email us. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and will not be refunded unless the return is the result of an error by Nuleaf.

All Products that are sold by Nuleaf are covered by warranty as stated by the manufacturer. All items that are deemed “warranty” are against Manufacturing Defects only and final decision will be decided by the primary manufacture. If a customer
